We ask that you make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment and to arrive on time.
We want to thank you for choosing El Paso Integrated Physicians Group, P.A. for your health services. In order to provide you and our other patients with the best care and service, we ask that you follow our guidelines regarding your appointments.
Please keep in mind that when we schedule an appointment, we reserve an appointment time especially for you. Appointments that are missed or not cancelled with appropriate notice are a lost opportunity for us to help another patient.
It is our policy to charge for missed appointments that are not cancelled and/or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to appointment time, unless such charges are not allowed by our arrangement with your insurer. Our charge for missed appointments for patients who do not show for their appointment or call at least 24 hours in advance is $40. This charge will not be covered by your insurance.
We do understand that there may be circumstances where you may be unable to keep your appointment due to a last minute serious emergency or illness. Exceptions will be made for these circumstances.
Multiple missed or rescheduled appointments without at least 24 hours notice may lead to termination of you as a patient of El Paso Integrated Physicians Group, P.A..
